The PanchKosha Wellbeing is a psychometric assessment and automated consultation service. It uses the standardized survey tools help you assess your wellbeing and suggest the activities and interventions drawn from the field of positive psychology, science of wellbeing, Yoga and Ayurveda to work towards your well-being goals. The counselling service offered through this platform is delivered by the professionally qualified counsellors and psychologists who subscribe to the notion of the integral wellbeing. This is not a medical or clinical advice and not a replacement for treatment-focused therapy.

When you subscribe to our Well-being coach or therapist service, you get human-supported emotional well-being. PanchKosha Wellbeing coaches or therapists draw on various evidence-based psychological and lifestyle coaching techniques to provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to help service users to attain wellbeing at the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social and workplace. If any user is found to need a diagnosis, treatment or any other regulated service, under our protocols, the wellbeing professionals focus on motivating them to seek out a locally licensed professional.

Because PanchKosha Well-being Counselling Service is not a medical treatment, typically insurance will not cover the cost. Some employers may cover some of the cost of the Wysa Well-being Coach Service or Wysa Therapist Service either directly or through reimbursement. It is Your responsibility to pay for the Service and get reimbursed by Your employer if that is the case;

Emergency Medical Attention

If You are having suicidal thoughts or planning to act on suicidal thoughts, or if You feel that You may be a danger to Yourself or to others, or if You otherwise have any medical or mental health emergency or severe mental health condition, or if You are in a crisis or trauma or abuse, please discontinue use of the Service immediately and call the relevant emergency number in Your country and notify the police or emergency medical Services.

Use of the services is not for emergencies. If you think you have a medical or mental health emergency, call the nearest open clinic or emergency room or 112 for ambulance service. Data Privacy

1. PanchKosha Wellbeing takes the privacy of its users very seriously Your personal information shall not be disclosed or shared by PanchKosha Wellbeing, its employees, its agents or any third party contractors, including Experts with any third party, either orally or in writing, except in the following circumstances:

  • If PanchKosha Wellbeing believes that there is a significant/ real/ imminent threat or risk to your health, safety or life or to the health, safety or life of any other person or the public (emergency attention);
  • If PanchKosha Wellbeing is required to share such Confidential Information to any authority by law; and
  • In case of preparing organizational, institutional or any collective level reports on human wellbeing or for the research projects duly approved by Ethics Committee only anonymized information will be used for the analysis.

2. In case of emergency attention PanchKosha Wellbeing may share your scores, responses and personal information with your employer, institution or other entity enabling them to reach out to you with necessary help.
